30 Days Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept return as long as it’s unworn and undamaged and still has all the labels and tags.

Send it

Package up the item you want to return (you can even re-use the Vosenta bag your order came in). and take it to your closest post office to get it on its way.

    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@vosenta.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

    You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.

    The item(s) have been worn or washed
    The item(s) have been altered in any way
    The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
    The item(s) were a Final Sale item
    The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault

    We will refund using your original payment method.

    Depending on the service & country you’re returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 20 working days (excluding public holidays & weekends) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our support team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

    You can cancel your order in the next 6 hours after you make the payment. After that, it will be too late, because the order is processed and we can not accept your request. Contact our customer support to request cancel on your order: info@vosenta.com or Contact Us Page.
